- Turn off the printer.
- Hold down the Feed button while sliding the power switch to the ON position.
- Release Feed when printing begins. A diagnostic sheet displaying the current IP address, subnet mask, and Link Status will output.
Solution 2: Assign a Static IP via EpsonNet Config
If the status sheet shows the fallback address (192.168.192.168) or an autoconfigured APIPA range, the unit is isolated from your local router.
- Connect the printer directly to a computer using an RJ-45 patch cable.
- Temporarily set your computer's IP address to the same range (e.g., 192.168.192.100).
- Access the administrative web portal, change the address assignment to a static IP suitable for your store LAN, and commit the changes.
