- Open the top cover completely.
- Remove the image drum cartridge assembly.
- Lift the transfer belt out of the printer by releasing its two side blue lock clips.
- Locate the three small clear plastic sensor windows on the metal frame below.
- Wipe the lenses gently with a clean, dry cotton swab. Do not use alcohol or liquid cleaners, as they can cloud the plastic.
- Reinstall the belt, drums, and close the printer covers.
