Solutions
How to Resolve Error Code 1000
This issue is easily fixed by checking physical paper conditions. Follow these instructions:
- Fan the Paper Stack: Remove the paper from the rear tray. Fan and tap the sheets on a flat surface to eliminate static causing sheets to stick.
- Align Paper Guides: Reload the paper into the center of the rear tray and adjust the paper guide to slide snugly against the left side of the stack.
- Clean Feed Rollers: If the paper still fails to feed, paper dust might be coating the rollers. Use a clean lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water to clean them.
- Resume Printing: Press the Black or Color button on the physical control panel to restart the print task.
Steps to follow
- 1
Fan and level the paper
Pull the paper out of the tray, fan the sheets, and align the edges.
- 2

- 3
